What to expect
Two hours. One patient. You.
We reserve approximately two hours for each new-patient experience. Because we see only one patient at a time, that time is dedicated entirely to you. Before discussing anything dental, we meet in the consultation room and learn who you are, your goals, and how we can make your experience comfortable.
Your first visit begins with open arms, welcoming smiles, and a seat in our inviting consultation room for a genuine conversation between you and Dr. Kevin. Before you even see a dental instrument, we want to understand who you are, what you hope to achieve, and what concerns you have.
Your first visit may include
- A comprehensive series of photographs and digital X-rays
- Low-dose imaging to minimize radiation exposure
- A sleep screening
- A 3D CT scan to evaluate the airway, jaw joints and surrounding structures
- A comprehensive oral-pathogen or salivary panel when indicated
We reserve the remaining appointment time to answer questions and, when clinically appropriate, complete your cleaning. When additional testing, lab work, or prescriptions are needed, the cleaning may be scheduled for a separate visit.

Please bring
- A valid photo ID
- Your insurance card
- A list of your current medications
- Any relevant health information

Complete them within 24 hours
So we can best serve you, please complete your intake forms within 24 hours of receiving them. This gives Dr. Kevin time to review them meticulously, learn your health history, and consult with other providers or specialists when necessary before your appointment.
Insurance
We’ll deal with the maze
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and are in-network with a select few. We’re happy to check whether your coverage applies — call the office, or ask our assistant on the phone or in the chat and we’ll verify your benefits and come back to you.

You’ll know the cost first
You’ll know exactly what your care will cost before treatment ever begins. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee.
